What, you anorexic?? That isn’t possible!
That’s a comment that I get a lot.
But well, I can tell you that it’s possible because it’s true. (Sadly enough)
It’s not because I am at a healthy weight that I am not anorexic.
It’s not because you see me eating an ice cream with 3 bolls that I am not anorexic..
It’s not because I say that I am fine that I am actually fine.
Because you can’t look in my mind...
You can’t see the fights in my head because I find myself to fat and want to be underweight again.
You can’t see the guiltfeelings that I still have 5 days after eating that ice cream..
You don’t LOOK anorexic..
Anorexia is a MENTAL illness and it’s all about what happends in your head..
If you have that fights in your head or certain habbits, then you are anorexic, not because you are skinny..
If you are too scared to search help because you aren’t ‘skinny enough to be anorexic’ please reach out to someone because a number on the scale doesn’t say anything about how sick you are..
