Love the way you are @recoverywithkatie

Growing up I was always classified underweight, this was a natural occurrence and was acceptable until it became time to transform into a woman’s body. From the age of 16 and possibly younger I have lived with the thoughts of viewing my body as less than perfect. There were always bits I didn’t like and areas of my body I was not ready to change. Now at the age of 22 I am still struggling with these same thoughts but I have learnt to love my body the way it is. There will always be unwanted thoughts but life is better when you love the way you are. Holding hate in your heart towards yourself destroys many good things. Sometimes we just need to let go and let the world take us to where we are meant to be. You may be struggling now but the pain won’t last forever. You will learn, you will grow and you will find happiness within yourself. 💜
