Shy to lock eyes, i look up and notice your frame, reflecting on how nothing is the same, but like in a good way.. still pretending i don't see you, i just want to make sure you're ok, but if i had the chance to be in front of you I'm not quite sure what i would say, thank you? Sorry? I just need you to know you're no longer afraid, the hurt and pain has gone away, but the memories and holographic images won't fully fade, and that's ok...... exhale... I'm here now and I'm here to stay, but now i will forever lock eyes with a smile, do it for the ones that are where I once was everyday, or somedays even if it was for a little while.. but I love to look at myself and say I did it my way...
